The application of water truck
Please read the explanation seriously before you use it. To operate it exactly according to the requirement is an important guarantee to make good use of the water truck.
1. The requirement about the water resource
When we use water in the river or pond, make sure that the front part of the suck pipe
immerged into the water . In order to prevent the the stone and the mud beening sucked into the suck pipe, usually there is a filter set in front of the suck pipe, Pulling down the filter is forbidden when the pipe is sucking water .If the water is not deep enough, people need to dig the water resource deep enough before working ,to make sure that no impurity and air been sucked into. Different water pump has different requirement on the water resource . The pure water pump requires that there was no impurity. The impurity water pump requires that there was no stone and to much mud.
2. Adding delivery water
Before acentric pump adds water , people must add quantificational delivery water ,then close the pump, after the first use, there’s no need to add water any more.
3. The enter pump need to be vacuum
In order to suck the water into the tank, the system of entering pump shall keep a certain vacuum as sucking . The entering pump system has to be hermetic and reliable
, the soft pipe can’t be broken, the hard pipe shouldn’t chapped, or it may cause the problem of leaking air, and the machine doesn’t work.
4. Parking gear
Whenever before sucking or before spraying, the power take off device must be carried through when parking.
5. winter drainage
Before the coming winter ,we should make the water in the water pump and the pipe be empty, in case of being frozen and chapped . In general, it will be not brought into practice in our north area ,
So after putting the project into practice, we must release all the water out of water shoot.
6. Notice
The nozzle in front of the sprinkler is little low and approaches to the ground. The sprayed pressure is very strong and it can be used of washing the road ;the behind nozzle is much higher (the behind nozzle of sprinkler is commonly fixed on the right and left respective) The width of spraying is wide enough to be used to washing road ,when you use the behind nozzle ,make sure that the front nozzle is closed .you can adjust the width according to your demand. the width is much wider ,the superposition range is much less, the density is much more equal
7. Lubricating and tightening
In the use processing, you must lubricate termly and tight up the vinculum sport so that make sure it can be used regularly
8. Termly drainage
In nozzle system, there is an obviated pollution pump .The inlet of pump is at the lowest position. When using it for a time , you should open the drainage switch Termly, eliminate the cumulative impurity until the water becomes clean .
